The easiest ways we incorporate chia seeds into our diet are, adding them to smoothies and chia pudding.  Below, I will share my most perfect recipe for chia pudding.  The consistency is perfect and there is no need for a blender!  The best part, the topping possibilities are endless.  Here, I topped mine with homemade whipped cream, berries and shredded coconut.   1. 1. Add milk, maple syrup, vanilla and chia seeds into a glass jar with lid. 2. Stir well with a spoon, apply lid to jar and give it a good shake. 3. Let sit for a few minutes and give it the jar another good shake. This will help prevent lumps. 4. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
