The consistency is perfect and there is no need for a blender! The best part, the topping possibilities are endless. Here, I topped mine with homemade whipped cream, berries and shredded coconut. - 3/4 cup Dairy I use organic almond milk
- 1 tbsp Maple syrup or honey I omit if I am doing keto
- 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract almond extract would delicious as well
- 3 tbsp Chia seeds
- Nuts, seeds, berries, cacao nibs, coconut flakes, berries for toppings optional

- 1. Add milk, maple syrup, vanilla and chia seeds into a glass jar with lid. 2. Stir well with a spoon, apply lid to jar and give it a good shake. 3. Let sit for a few minutes and give it the jar another good shake. This will help prevent lumps. 4. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
